Instructions

  1. 1 Combine rice, water, and almonds in a blender. Blend the mixture until well combined, about 2 minutes. The mixture will be coarse.
  2. 2 Strain mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher; discard solids. Stir in cold brew concentrate and blue agave.
  3. 3 Serve over ice. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.

  1. 1 Place cold brew concentrate in ice cube tray(s); place in freezer until frozen solid, 2 to 4 hours.
  2. 2 Dissolve hot cocoa mix in hot water.
  3. 3 Place coffee cubes in a blender. Add cocoa mixture, soy milk, chocolate syrup, and sweetener. Blend until icy and frothy, 1 or 2 minutes.

  1. 1 Place cold brew concentrate, milk, 2 tablespoons caramel ice cream syrup, and sugar in blender; blend until mixed, 5 to 10 seconds. Add ice cubes and blend well, about 5 seconds. Pour into a glass.
  2. 2 Serve topped with whipped topping and a drizzle of caramel syrup.

  1. 1 Stir coconut milk until it is uniformly smooth. Pour 1/2 cup portions into paper cups or a muffin tin. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours or overnight.
  2. 2 Place a single 1/2 cup portion of frozen coconut milk in the container of a blender. Add cold brew concentrate, ice cubes, sugar, and salt. (Keep the remaining portions of coconut milk in the freezer for other frappes.)
  3. 3 Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4 Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream. Drizzle chocolate and caramel ice cream toppings over the whipped cream.

  1. 1 Place coconut flakes and and pinch of cardamom in a small pan over medium heat. Stir constantly until lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. 2 Place cold brew concentrate, 1/8 teaspoon cardamom, coconut milk, coconut extract, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until thoroughly mixed, 5 or 6 seconds.
  3. 3 Fill 3 large glasses halfway with ice. Divide coffee mixture among glasses; top with shredded coconut.
