Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. 2 Season lamb with sea salt; rub with ras el hanout. Sear lamb on all sides in a medium cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned.
  3. 3 Cook in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center, near but not touching bone, reads at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 30 minutes.
  4. 4 Transfer lamb to a cutting board, reserving drippings in the skillet; rest before slicing, 10 to 15 minutes. Heat skillet with drippings over medium heat; stir in wine and honey. Cook until reduced by about half; drizzle over lamb to serve.

Instructions

  1. 1 In a bowl, mix the brown sugar in the hot water until dissolved. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag, and mix in wine, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and lemon pepper. Place salmon in the bag, seal, and marinate 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2 Preheat a grill for high heat.
  3. 3 Lightly oil the grill grate. Reserving marinade, place salmon on the grill, and cook 5 to 8 minutes on each side, or until easily flaked with a fork.
  4. 4 Transfer reserved marinade to a pot. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water. Bring the marinade to a boil, and stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken. Serve over the salmon or on the side as a dipping sauce.

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops in the hot butter, sprinkling both sides with salt and pepper, about 5 minutes per side. Remove meat to a plate and set aside.
  2. 2 Cook onion and garlic in the pan drippings over medium-high heat until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in wine, reduce heat, and let simmer until alcohol smell is completely cooked off, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in soup and milk, blending well. Layer mushrooms on top of soup mixture, add chops on top of mushrooms, and pour meat drippings from the plate over the chops. Sprinkle with thyme and sage.
  3. 3 Cover tightly and let simmer until chops are tender and no longer pink in the centers, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
