Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and the milk. Add the beef, cream of wheat and onion and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place balls on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. 3 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
  4. 4 Drain meatballs on paper towels, if needed. Then place meatballs in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish. In a separate medium bowl, combine the soups with the evaporated milk, stirring until smooth. Pour over the meatballs.
  5. 5 Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for another 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Instructions

  1. 1 Beat egg, milk, and oil in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add pancake mix and uncooked cereal; stir just until moistened.
  2. 2 Ladle batter onto hot greased griddle or skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
  3. 3 Top pancakes evenly with 1-1/2 cups cut-up fresh fruit and one 8-oz. container of your favorite flavor of low-fat yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp. honey.

  1. 1 Place sugar, peanut butter, butter, mashed bananas, and vanilla in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment, or mix by hand using a spoon. Beat on medium speed until mixture is well blended.
  2. 2 Add uncooked cereal and flour; beat until dough stiffens. Fold in chocolate chips.
