  1. 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. 2 Combine Truvia® Baking Blend, peanut butter, shortening, butter, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl and mix on low speed until combined.
  3. 3 In a second smaller bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add slowly to the larger bowl and mix until combined.
  4. 4 Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls, flattening slightly on the top and bottom.
  5. 5 Place cookies 3 inches apart on a parchment-lined or ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. 6 Using a fork, press a crisscross pattern in each cookie.
  7. 7 Bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. 8 Allow to rest 5 minutes on pan, then place cookies on a wire rack to cool completely.

  3. 3 Beat butter, Truvia® Baking Blend and vanilla (and optional molasses) in a separate large mixing bowl. Mix in egg.
  4. 4 Gradually stir in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. 5 Drop rounded tablespoons on cookie sheets and press down to slightly flatten.
  6. 6 Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. 2 Place apples and cranberries in a large bowl; add water, lemon juice, Truvia®Baking Blend, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.
  3. 3 Spray 9 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place fruit mixture in dish.
  4. 4 In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients; stir to form crumbly mixture.
  5. 5 Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of fruit.
  6. 6 Bake 35 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
