Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- 2 Place tart shells on a baking sheet.
- 3 Mash blackberries and lemon zest together in a small bowl until just combined: spoon into tart shells.
- 4 Whisk brown sugar, honey, egg, melted butter, vanilla, and salt together in a separate bowl: spoon over blackberries.
- 5 Bake in the preheated oven until filling is bubbly and shells are golden, 22 to 27 minutes.
