Instructions
- 1 Gather the ingredients.
- 2 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- 3 Mix flour and sugar together in a large bowl.
- 4 Pour beer into the flour and sugar mixture.
- 5 Mix the batter, first with a wooden spoon and then with your hands, until well combined. Batter will be sticky.
- 6 Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 7 Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 50 to 60 minutes.
