Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheets.
  2. 2 Beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until creamy. Beat egg and vanilla into the butter mixture.
  3. 3 Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl; stir into the butter mixture. Fold chopped candy bars into the mixture. Drop batter by the teaspoonful onto prepared baking sheets.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling racks to cool completely.

  2. 2 In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs Beat with an electric beater for 3 to 4 minutes, until well blended. With a spoon, stir in the chopped candy.
  3. 3 Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on to cookie sheets that have been coated with nonstick baking spray. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the cookies are firm. Remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
