Instructions
- 1 Prick outside of squash 10 to 15 times with a fork. Place into a slow cooker; pour in water.
- 2 Cook on Low 4 to 6 hours. Transfer squash to a cutting board until cool to the touch, 15 to 30 minutes.
- 3 Halve squash lengthwise; scoop and discard seeds from cavity. Shred flesh with a fork to make strands.
