Instructions

  1. 1 Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage and onion in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in vodka sauce and enough tomato juice until you reached a desired consistency. Stir in mozzarella cheese and spinach.
  2. 2 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi in the boiling water until they float to the top, 2 to 4 minutes. Drain.
  3. 3 Transfer gnocchi to a plate, cover with sauce, and serve.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven broiler.
  2. 2 Place 6 slices of bread onto a baking sheet. Spread a small handful of mozzarella cheese over each slice. Top with remaining 6 slices of bread.
  3. 3 Mix together butter and garlic powder in a small bowl; brush some garlic butter over tops of sandwiches or spread with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
  4. 4 Place sandwiches under the broiler until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the sheet from the oven, flip sandwiches, brush tops with garlic butter, and sprinkle with oregano. Return to the broiler; cook until tops are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  5. 5 Cut sandwiches in half diagonally; serve immediately with vodka sauce on the side for dipping.

  1. 1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a strong boil. Add radiatori and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 9 to 13 minutes; do not overcook.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, add chicken to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Season with garlic and herb seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Drain and discard most of the juice from the diced tomatoes; add tomatoes to the saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons vodka sauce and bring to a simmer. Add remaining vodka sauce and return to a simmer.
  3. 3 Drain pasta well and return to the pot. Add sauce and stir to combine.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. 2 In a medium bowl, toss together the carrots, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and spinach. In a separate bowl, blend together the Gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sharp Cheddar cheese. Set aside.
  3. 3 Place two layers of sliced potatoes in the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Season the potatoes with a little salt and pepper. Top with a layer of the spinach mixture, and pour about 1/2 cup of sauce over all. Sprinkle with some of the cheese blend. Repeat layering with remaining potatoes, vegetables, sauce and cheese, ending with cheese on the top.
  4. 4 Bake covered for 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove the lid, and bake for 10 more minutes until the top is browned.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large baking dish.
  2. 2 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti and cook at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 9 to 11 minutes.
  3. 3 While the ziti is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion to the hot skillet and cook until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and garlic powder; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Drain and discard grease. Stir in marinara sauce.
  4. 4 Drain ziti and transfer to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese over top, then layer with cottage cheese, meat sauce, and remaining mozzarella. Beat milk, eggs, salt, and pepper together in a bowl, and pour over top.
  5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven until set and bubbly, about 45 minutes.

  1. 1 Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and carrot; saute until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add ground beef; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. 2 Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to the meat. Pour in vodka sauce and reduce heat to low. Add zucchini noodles, baby spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until spinach has wilted, zucchini is tender, and sauce is heated through, about 5 minutes. Add oregano and basil.
  3. 3 Sprinkle Parmesan on top and serve.
