Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2 Cut bacon slices into thirds. Wrap each strip around a sausage. Secure several sausages on each wooden skewer. Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet; sprinkle liberally with brown sugar.
- 3 Bake in the preheated oven until bacon crisps and sugar liquifies, 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
- 4 Transfer to a serving platter. Let stand 5 minutes before serving; glaze will thicken as it cools.
