Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9X12-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2 Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef; cook and stir until no longer pink. Set aside.
- 3 Whisk cornmeal, salt, and baking soda together in a large bowl. Stir in corn, milk, Cheddar cheese, onion, jalapeños, and egg. Stir in browned beef; pour into the prepared baking dish.
- 4 Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 1 hour.
