3. 3 Place brownie mix in a container with a tight fitting lid, or in a large zip-top bag. Add 1/2 of the coated cereal in 2 batches and shake to coat. Spread on a sheet of waxed or parchment paper. Discard any leftover brownie mix.

Reduce heat to medium-low and do not stir for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and mix in baking powder and vanilla extract, stirring carefully.
4. 4 In a large baking pan, combine popcorn, pretzels, cereal and pecans. Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn mixture, stir to coat.
