Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. 2 Whip the eggs in a small bowl and pour into the baking dish. Layer with jalapenos. Top jalapenos with the cheese. Top cheese with more jalapenos.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly brown.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9 inch pie plate with vegetable oil spray.
  2. 2 Press cream cheese evenly onto the bottom of the pie plate.
  3. 3 In a large skillet, brown the hamburger. Drain excess fat. Mix in the taco seasoning and water. Cook and stir 2 to 4 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat before mixing in salsa and jalapenos. Pour the beef mixture over the cream cheese in the pie plate. Sprinkle the Mexican-style cheese over the entire dish.
  4. 4 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until the cheese has melted.

Instructions

  1. 1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook mostaccioli at a boil until cooked through yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes; drain.
  2. 2 Cook and stir ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease.
  3. 3 Add picante sauce and stewed tomatoes to the ground beef; cook, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften completely, about 10 minutes. Gently stir the cooked mostaccioli into the ground beef mixture. Add Mexican-style cheese; cook and stir until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

  1. 1 In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute chicken in oil until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Add taco seasoning, beans, corn, salsa and a little water to prevent drying out. Cover skillet and simmer over medium low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. 2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. 3 Transfer chicken mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup of the cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Add remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Instructions

  1. 1 Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  2. 2 Mix batter ingredients together in a pre-sprayed 9-1/2-inch deep dish pie plate.
  3. 3 Top batter with taco meat filling. Pour salsa evenly over meat; sprinkle with shredded cheese and corn chips.
  4. 4 Bake by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
