Instructions
- 1 Gather all ingredients. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
- 2 Combine sugar, water, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Add almonds; cook and stir mixture until liquid evaporates and leaves a syrupy coating on almonds.
- 3 Pour almonds onto the prepared baking sheet; use two forks to separate clumps and spread into an even layer.
- 4 Allow to cool for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
