Instructions
- 1 Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, green onions, jalapeno, garlic, and sesame seeds together in a large bowl. Add eggs to the bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
- 2 Remove eggs from the refrigerator. Slice in half and place on a serving platter. Spoon some of the marinade over top and drizzle with sesame oil to serve.
