  1. 1 In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Set aside.
  2. 2 In a separate bowl, stir together the cream cheese, goat cheese, lemon zest, tarragon, and pepper until well blended and smooth. Gently fold in the artichoke hearts, being careful not to break pieces apart. Toss artichoke pieces into Parmesan and parsley until thoroughly coated.
  3. 3 Transfer artichoke pieces to a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Serve slightly chilled.

  1. 1 Peel hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise, and spoon out yolks. Place whites cut-side up on a plate and place yolks in a small bowl.
  2. 2 Mash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, honey mustard, and lemon juice; beat until smooth and fluffy. Using a mini food processor works great for this step, making the filling smooth, creamy, and lump-free. Mix in minced tarragon, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Evenly spoon filling into egg whites with a teaspoon. Use a piping bag or a small plastic sandwich bag with a corner snipped off if you prefer a more decorative look.
  4. 4 Garnish deviled eggs with tarragon leaves and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  2. 2 Place 6 eggs in the bottom of a pan and fill with cold water to cover. Place pan over high heat and as soon as the water starts to bubble and simmer and the eggs begin to dance around, turn off the heat, cover quickly with a tight-fitting lid, and let eggs sit for 17 minutes.
  3. 3 Drain hot water from pan and add cold water to cover eggs, rolling them around in the pan. Drain and refill with fresh cold water; let eggs sit until cool, about 20 minutes. Peel eggs under running water to remove shells and cut in half lengthwise.
  4. 4 Separate yolks from egg halves; place yolks into a mixing bowl.
  5. 5 Place crab meat onto a plate and separate into 2 equal portions, one containing the small bits and one containing the attractive larger pink chunks. Reserve portion containing larger chunks.
  6. 6 Chop the portion of crab meat with the smaller chunks; add to egg yolks. Mash yolks with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, tarragon, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, seafood seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  7. 7 Transfer yolk mixture into a piping bag fitted with a medium tip. Pipe crab filling into cavities of egg halves.
  8. 8 Chop largest crab pieces and place remaining crabmeat into a small bowl. Lightly stir in lemon zest, creme fraiche, Aleppo pepper, and cayenne pepper with a fork. Taste and adjust salt. If mixture seems dry, stir in more creme fraiche.
  9. 9 Top each stuffed egg with a generous pinch of crab mixture.
  10. 10 Sprinkle each deviled egg with a pinch of chives and a light dusting of cayenne pepper. Transfer eggs to a serving platter; refrigerate until serving time.
  11. 11 Serve and enjoy.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
  2. 2 Stir together cream cheese, crab meat, artichoke bottoms, 6 ounces Cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, sour cream, green onions, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest and juice, tarragon, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3 Cut the top 1/3 off of sourdough loaf and discard. Remove bread filling and discard, leaving just crust. Place in the prepared baking dish.

  5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven until dip is warmed and the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Instructions

  1. 1 Gather all ingredients.
  2. 2 Mix mayonnaise, capers, shallot, parsley, tarragon, horseradish, mustard, and cayenne together in a bowl for tartar sauce and refrigerate until needed.
  3. 3 Add milk and bay leaf to a saucepan and place the pieces of fish over the top. Season with salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally. As soon as the fish firms up, but before it starts to flake apart, turn off the heat and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes before draining. Let cool, about 10 minutes. Refrigerate until needed.
  4. 4 Meanwhile, bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add russet potato and boil until tender but not falling apart.
  5. 5 Drain and mash potato in a bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Add parsley, chives, and lemon zest; add 1 tablespoon tartar sauce mixture. Mix until combined.
  6. 6 Flake chilled fish over the top. Mix until combined.
  7. 7 Scoop out ¼ of the mixture and form into a patty. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  8. 8 Dust cakes with flour on both sides. Brush both sides of cakes with beaten egg. Coat in bread crumbs.
  9. 9 Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pan-fry patties in the hot oil until golden brown and heated through, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  10. 10 Drain on paper towels.
  11. 11 Serve with tartar sauce and enjoy!

  1. 1 Whisk mayonnaise, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, half-and-half, lemon juice, sriracha, and salt together in a serving bowl until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. 2 Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place pastry shells on a baking sheet.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Allow shells to cool completely.

  6. 6 Cut tops off the pastry shells. Fill with cheesy scallops and place at the bottom of a large horizontal board.
  7. 7 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, vermouth, cherry juice, and bitters. Shake well and strain into 4 shot glasses. Add a cherry to each glass. Position quarterback attack shooters diagonally at the upper left of the board. Place grapes in both the upper and lower left corners of the board.
  8. 8 Place the bowl of creamy mustard dipping sauce on the right side of the board and surround with shrimp and lemon wedges.
  9. 9 Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of goat cheese onto each potato chip, being careful not to break the chips. Add about 1 teaspoon of red pepper jelly to each chip and top with crumbled bacon and a jalapeno slice. Place hot pepper jelly chips above and to the left of the puff pastry shells, filling in any empty space.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Quarter beets and toss in a bowl with olive oil. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. 2 Roast in the preheated oven until a knife can be easily inserted into a beet, 35 to 40 minutes. Set beets aside to cool slightly.
  3. 3 Place the beets in a food processor along with the beans, tahini, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, cumin, turmeric, sea salt, and garlic. Blend until smooth, adding small amounts of reserved bean liquid if the consistency is too thick. Transfer roasted golden beet hummus to a covered serving bowl and refrigerate until needed.
  4. 4 Decrease oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 48 mini muffin tin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. 5 Mix cornmeal, sugar, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir in jalapenos, onion, and garlic. Add melted butter and mix well.
  6. 6 Stir corn, buttermilk, eggs, and bacon into the cornmeal mixture until incorporated. Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese and mix batter well. Use a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop to fill muffin cups about 3/4 full with batter.
  7. 7 Bake in the preheated oven until puffed and golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes. Transfer from muffin tins to a cooling rack.
  8. 8 Mix cream cheese, garlic, vermouth, parsley, salt, basil, tarragon, sage, and white pepper in a food processor until smooth.
  9. 9 Fill salami slices with herbed cheese spread, roll, and secure each with a toothpick. Return rolls to the refrigerator until needed.
  10. 10 Mix ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Add franks and heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
  11. 11 Assemble the snack board by running a row of warm corn muffins diagonally across a large serving platter or cutting board. Pour saucy sriracha franks into a serving bowl and place at the top left of the board. Place mixed olives in a bowl and in the lower left corner of the board. Place pickled eggs and hot peppers next to the olives at the bottom of the board. Place the golden beet hummus to the right of the corn muffins, and place naan bread around the bowl. Fill in empty spots on the board with the salami rolls.
